Terms & Conditions
These Terms govern your use of this website and any service offered by Kalpana Healing Academy LLP (including the Clarity Call and any program offered by Monalisha G Chouadhury). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
1. About us
Kalpana Healing Academy LLP is a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India. Monalisha G Chouadhury is a Trauma Release & Karmic Attachment Release Coach offering 1:1 sessions and programs through this entity.
2. The Clarity Call
- The Clarity Call is a 30-minute, 1:1 session delivered over Zoom.
- The fee is ₹149 per booking and is processed at the time of reservation.
- The purpose of the call is reflection and pattern identification, not the resolution of any condition.
- At the end of the call, we may share information about deeper coaching programs. There is no obligation to enroll.
3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to book a session. By booking, you confirm that you are an adult and that the information you provide is accurate.
4. Not therapy, counselling, or medical care
Our work is coaching. It is not psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical diagnosis, or treatment. It is not a substitute for licensed mental health or medical care. If you are in crisis or need clinical support, please contact a licensed therapist, psychiatrist, or your local emergency services.
If we believe coaching is not appropriate for what you are dealing with, we will say so honestly and may recommend you seek qualified clinical care instead.
5. Your responsibilities
- To show up to your scheduled call on time and in a private, quiet space.
- To share information honestly so we can be useful to you.
- To make your own decisions and choices in your life. We reflect and offer perspective; we do not make decisions for you.
- To treat us with the same respect we extend to you.
6. Rescheduling & no-shows
- You may reschedule once, free of charge, by replying to your confirmation email at least 12 hours before your call.
- If you do not show up to your scheduled call without notice, the fee is forfeited and a new booking will be required.
- Repeated rescheduling may, at our discretion, result in cancellation without further refund.

7. Recording & confidentiality
- What you share with us is treated as confidential and is not disclosed to any third party.
- Calls are recorded only with your explicit consent, and only for your own reference.
- Exception: we may be required to disclose information by law or to prevent serious harm to you or others.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, branding, recordings, frameworks, and program material are the property of Kalpana Healing Academy LLP and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission. The reflections and any techniques shared with you on the call are for your personal use only.
9. No guarantees of results
We make no guarantees about specific outcomes (emotional, financial, relational, or otherwise) from any session or program. Your results depend on you, your circumstances, your effort, and many factors outside our control.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kalpana Healing Academy LLP, its partners, and Monalisha G Chouadhury will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services. Our total liability for any direct loss will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 6 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
