Return & Refund Policy

We want to be upfront so there are no surprises. This page covers refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling for services offered by Kalpana Healing Academy LLP (including the Clarity Call with Monalisha G Chouadhury and any deeper programs).

1. The Clarity Call (₹149): No refund

The Clarity Call fee of ₹149 is non-refundable.

Why:

  • The fee is a small commitment that reserves Monalisha's time and ensures only serious bookings reach the calendar.
  • The moment you book, a slot is held for you and a Zoom session is generated. That capacity cannot be sold to anyone else.
  • The fee is not the price of the call; it is the cost of holding the seat.

By booking, you accept that the ₹149 fee is paid and consumed at the time of booking, regardless of whether you attend the call.

2. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your Clarity Call once, free of charge:

  • Reply to your confirmation email at least 12 hours before your scheduled slot.
  • We will offer you the next available time that works for both of us.
  • Late requests (less than 12 hours before, or after the slot has started) cannot be accommodated. A new booking will be required.

3. No-shows

If you do not join your call at the scheduled time and have not informed us, the fee is forfeited and the booking is closed. You are welcome to book a new Clarity Call at any time.

4. Deeper programs (post Clarity Call)

If you choose to enroll in any deeper 1:1 program with Monalisha after the Clarity Call, the specific refund, cancellation, and rescheduling terms for that program will be shared with you in writingbefore you pay. Those terms will be specific to the program you choose and will take precedence over this page for that program.

As a general principle for our deeper programs:

  • Once a program has started or first session has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.
  • Reasonable rescheduling within the program window is supported, subject to availability.
  • Specific details are documented in the program agreement at the time of enrollment.

5. Technical issues

If a Clarity Call cannot take place due to a technical failure on our side (e.g. Zoom outage on our end), we will offer you the next available slot at no additional cost. This is not a refund. It is a make-good.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or Razorpay. We will work with you in good faith. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in the loss of access to our services.

8. Acceptance

By booking a Clarity Call or enrolling in any program, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Refund Policy along with our Terms & Conditions.
