When you book a Clarity Call or interact with this site, we may collect:

• Information you give us: your full name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp), and any context you share in the optional "what's heaviest right now" field.
• Payment information: processed entirely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details, UPI ID, or bank credentials. Only a transaction reference.
• Call content: what you share during the Clarity Call (verbally or via Zoom chat). Recordings are made only with your explicit consent.
• Technical information: standard server logs, browser type, IP address, pages visited. Collected automatically for site security and analytics.

2. How we use your information

• To confirm your booking and send your Zoom link and reminders.
• To deliver the Clarity Call and any program you choose to enroll in afterwards.
• To communicate with you via email or WhatsApp about your sessions, related resources, and occasional updates from Monalisha.
• To process payments and meet our legal and tax obligations.
• To improve the website and our services.

We do not sell your data to anyone. Ever.

3. Sharing with service providers

We use trusted third-party services to operate this site. They only access what they need to do their job:

• Razorpay: payment processing.
• Zoom: for the actual video call.
• Email and WhatsApp providers: to send confirmations and reminders.
• Hosting and analytics providers: to keep the site running and understand traffic.

Each of these has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that take security seriously.

4. How long we keep your data

We keep booking, payment, and communication records for as long as needed to provide our services, meet legal/tax requirements (typically 8 years under Indian law), and resolve any disputes. After that, we delete or anonymize your data.

5. Your rights

You can, at any time:

• Ask what personal data we have about you.
• Ask us to correct or update it.
• Ask us to delete it (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
• Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any email, or by replying with "unsubscribe".
• Stop WhatsApp messages by replying "STOP".
